- How do you prioritize roadmap features?
- We prioritize based on three factors: partner demand (what service providers need most), practice feedback (what dental practices request), and our core mission of data security and transparency. PMS integrations and security features always take precedence.
- Can timeline estimates change?
- Yes, timelines may shift based on development complexity, security audits, and partner readiness. We prioritize building features correctly and securely over hitting arbitrary dates. HIPAA compliance and data security are never compromised for speed.
- How can I request a new feature or PMS integration?
- Email us at daniel@practicefront.com with your feature request or PMS integration needs. We track all requests and prioritize based on demand. If multiple practices request the same PMS, we'll expedite that integration.
- Will new features be included in my current subscription?
- Yes, all platform improvements, new PMS integrations, and security enhancements are included at no additional cost. We believe in continuously adding value to your subscription. Only premium add-on products (like our Membership Plans feature) may have separate pricing.
